Peanut Butter And Honey Dip

by Kyleigh Baltz
(Indiana, USA)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter
2-3 tablespoons honey
some apples

You will need:
3 small microwaveable bowls
spoon

Directions:
Put 1/2 cup peanut butter into a small microwaveable bowl. Then microwave the bowl in 10-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth. Then, add 1 tablespoon of honey at a time, tasting in between additions, until it tastes right to you. Then spoon the mix from the bowl you heated it in so all 3 bowls have about the same amount in them. Slice up an apple, and arrange the apples on a plate in a circle around the edges. Put the dip in the center. Serve right away.

The story:
One day I thought I would serve apple slices with peanut butter for dipping. I have two siblings that can have this, and they would not dip the apple into the peanut butter, so, I melted the peanut butter and mixed in some honey. They tried it, and they LOVED it. So now, whenever we have honey and peanut butter on hand, I will usually slice an apple or two, and make this. They love it.
