Orange Chicken

by Cari Harriger
(Chocowinity, NC, USA)

My oldest son, now 15 years old, never liked gravy growing up. I saw him pour French dressing on the side to dip his chicken in once when he was 4. So, I decided to cook the chicken in the dressing. He still loves it and now has his little brother wanting it too.

4-6 Boneless chicken breasts
1 bottle of French dressing

Brown outside of chicken in oven. Pour French dressing in oven dish with chicken and bake for 1 hour.

Normally served with white rice (kids use extra cooked dressing as gravy).

I have used salad dressings for many uses but did not think of this one. All of my kids loved this recipe.
