This famous New York City fountain drink is an old-time delight. Chocolate Egg cream whole (full cream) milk Pour milk into a tall glass to about 2 inches. Next make sure your club soda is cold (seltzer water is better at getting a good fizz, but club soda will do). Pour club soda until about 1 1/2 inches is left at the top. Hopefully this creates a nice white fizzy foam. Pour chocolate syrup right into the middle of the foam until the foam rises close to the top.
