My mom used to fix this for me and all the kids and now I fix it for my kids. They love it and the leftovers. If there is any left over, I make veggie soup!
You will need:
1 package of skinless, smoked sausage
4 cans of green beans, cut
6 peeled potatoes, diced in quarters
shredded onions, optional
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in large pot and simmer for about 35 minutes. Add a cup of water if needed.
