by Nina Warber
(Portland, OR, USA)

Here is an easy mousse to whip up for dessert for the kids.

Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of whipped cream
1 bar of chocolate (milk or dark)

Tools:

Measuring spoons
Measuring cup
Microwave
Small mixing bowl
Spoon

Instructions:

Melt the chocolate in the microwave (most microwaves have a “melt” setting for chocolate). Then add the 1/2 cup of whipped cream and mix it together with a spoon. Then stir the 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in to the mix. Refrigerate the mousse for about 1 1/2 hours or until it is thick.
