Merangue Mess

by Felicity
(Australia)

An awesome person I know taught me this delicious recipe. There isn't really any story behind it just that my eyes nearly popped out of my head when she taught me this recipe. It is delicious and I'm sure that everyone out there will love it. I enjoyed it a lot. So spoil yourself-you deserve it!

Ingredients:

Meringue
Whipping cream
Cooking chocolate
1 banana

Method:

1.Pour the whipping cream into a suitable boil and mix with an electronic beater until whipped fully.

2. Grate a square of the cooking chocolate into the whipped cream. Mix.

3. Break the meringue into smallish pieces and put into the mixture.

4. Chop the banana up and put in the mixture. You can use whatever fruit you wish, but banana and strawberries are best. Mix the mixture thoroughly.

5. Serve and enjoy this delicious and 'naughty' treat!
