Layered No Bake Cheesecake
I love making no bake desserts because they are quick, easy, and I can share them with my family sooner.
Soften the cream cheese with a splash of milk and add a spoon of sugar or more to get the creamy taste. After the cream cheese is whipped, crush the graham crackers, how crushed they are is up to you, i normally crush them into a fine powder.
You can use a bowl or pie tin. Layer the dessert like this: powder, cream, powder, cream, until you run out, the cream should be on top. Pop it in the freezer and when it is chilled, top it off with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
