Make this pasta loaded with cheese and fit for a king.
1 250 gram (9 ounce) packet of pasta noodles
100 grams each of almonds, pistachio, cashew nuts, raisins
100 grams (1 cup) each of apples, grapes, apricots, pineapples (all fresh)
1 red capsicum (red bell pepper) cut into long pieces
1 yellow capsicum (yellow bell pepper) cut into long pieces
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
100 grams (1 cup) Mozzarella cheese
250 mls (1 cup) fresh cream
Fry all nuts in oil. Boil noodles for 5-7 minutes.
Cut all fresh fruits in long pieces. Don't cut the grapes; leave them as is.
Now mix boiled noodles, all fruit and nuts. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
Turn on oven to 180 C (350 F) degrees.
Now take a dish and put a layer of mixed noodles and pour cream on the layer and cover it with another layer of mixed noodles. Then sprinkle shredded cheese on the second layer and cover it with the last portion of boiled noodles. Put it into the preheated oven. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
Your dish is ready to serve.
