"I Dare Ya" Peanut Butter Sandwich

by Sequoia Cougar
(Wilsonville, Oregon, US)

I love to experiment with different tastes and textures, and I have turned a lot of people onto this sandwich, after I dared them to try it. After they've conquered their initial "Eeeewww!" their eyes lit after they took a bite and they were pleasantly pleased at the fun tastes!

2 slices of bread
peanut butter
jelly (jam)
green pimento olives
salami

Take 2 slices of any soft bread (or favorite bread doesn't matter) and spread peanut butter on one side, and favorite jelly on the other.

Chop up some green pimento olives and sprinkle on either side, then add a few slices of Genoa or hard salami on the other.

Put sandwich together and experience a sweet and salty taste (add some kettle chips to the sandwich if you feel adventurous!).
