HOT Hot Chocolate

Here's a hot chocolate recipe that's easy for kids to make.

What you'll need:

marshmallows
2 tablespoons of cocoa
3 tablespoons of sugar
a dash of salt
1/2 cup of hot water
2 1/2 cups of milk

Serves 4.

Method:

Place cocoa, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Add hot water and stir well.

Heat on stove until boiling, stirring constantly.

Turn down heat and add milk. Keep stirring while heating - but do not boil the milk.

Once heated, pour the mixture into mugs and place marshmallows on top.
