Honey Joys

by Emily
(Melbourne, Vic, Australia)

These cookies are easy to make and sweet to eat.

What you need:

4 cups of corn flakes
90 grams of butter
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of honey

Makes about 12-15.

Method:

Melt your butter or margarine in a small saucepan. When the butter starts to foam and is completely melted add the sugar, stir, then add the honey.

After all is combined (make sure you keep stirring because it might all get stuck to the bottom) pour over the corn flakes and mix in a large mixing bowl. When it is sticky and all combined poor a decent and generous amount into some patty pans/muffin cups.

Place them in the oven for 5-10 minutes on 200C degrees (440F degrees). Make sure you don't over cook them because then they won't be moist and sticky! Take them out and cool them on a rack. Then the best part - EAT THEM!!!!! :)
