Hamster Log Treats

by Anonymous
(United Kingdom)

Your hamster probably eats a variety of things for everyday food. You can turn your hamster's regular food into a great treat.

hamster food
honey

First, take a handful of your hamster's usual food. This should include nuts, dried veggies and pellets. Supplements such as barley, corn and wheat should be included.

Use a drop or two of regular honey and your fingers to "glue" the food pieces together. Create logs or small balls of food.

Place the logs in the oven at 400F (200C) degrees for 10 minutes to make sure they dry. Serve them to your hamster right away, or store them for future use.

Corn

Corn is dangerous as they are not able to digest it. Neither are dogs, cats, etc...
