Fun Toast

This toast egg wrap is fun to make and eat.

Ingredients:

1 piece bread
2 eggs
1 slice cheese
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
2. Beat eggs slightly with fork.
3. Pour eggs into pan and spread it thinly and widely (making 'egg sheet').
4. Put cheese in the middle while the eggs are still slightly runny.
5. Put bread on top of cheese.
7. Wrap the whole thing with the 'egg sheet'.
8. Serve hot.
