Full Meal Protein Drink Recipe

We love this full meal drink and have it every day, usually for breakfast. This is a complete meal which contains the protein (whey), fast carb (orange juice/banana), and slow carb (cranberry/raspberry juice & strawberries) you need.
4 ounces orange juice
4 ounces (no sugar added) cranberry/raspberry juice
1 scoop whey protein (vanilla or strawberry flavored)
1 tablespoon flax seed
4 packets Splenda or other sweetener
2-3 frozen strawberries
3 ice cubes
Put all the above in a blender and blend/crush for a full meal protein drink.
