Fruit Ice Shake

Fruit is a healthy choice for kids. Make this fruit ice shake using tropical fruit or whatever fruit is in season.


Ingredients:

choose your fruit
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
6 ice cubes

Method:

In a blender add your favorite fruit, put 1 cup of milk, then 1 tablespoon of sugar. Last add the ice.

Then enjoy your fruit ice shake!!:)
