Make fabulous fudge for the festive seasons with this easy recipe that's kid-friendly.

You will need:

1/2 cup butter
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
2 cups colored mini marshmallows

small saucepan
measuring cups and spoons
wooden spoon
large bowl
waxed paper
cutting board and knife

Instructions:

Melt the butter and chocolate chips in the saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly with the wooden spoon. Stir in the vanilla. When they are completely melted and combined, pour the mixture into the large bowl and let cool for 10-15 minutes, or until the mixture is slightly warm but still liquid.

While the chocolate mixture is cooling, tear five 8-inch-long pieces of waxed paper and sprinkle each with 1/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs. Stir the marshmallows into the chocolate mixture. Divide the fudge into 5 sections and place each one on a piece of waxed paper. Roll the fudge in the waxed paper so that it is covered by the Graham cracker crumbs.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the fudge is firm. Then unwrap the fudge and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
