Egg Hunt

Try this egg salad recipe.

1 or 2 eggs (whichever you prefer)
half a celery stick
1/4 of a tomato
1/4 of an onion (red or white)
mayonnaise
relish
salt & pepper

Mash up your 1 (or 2) eggs in a bowl of your choice. Take half of a celery stick and cut it up into small slices.

Cut up 1/4 of a tomato and set that aside with the celery. Cut up 1/4 of a red (or white) onion and set that and add everything that you've got cut up into the bowl.

Take 2 spoonfuls of mayonnaise and add to the bowl. Take 1 spoonful of relish of your choice and add a little juice along with it to the bowl.
Finally add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Mix it all together and enjoy. :)
