Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies

by Sarah B.
(United Kingdom)

You will love these cookies!

1 1/2 cup butter
3 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup brown sugar
cooking chocolate (in little pieces or chunks)

Beat butter until creamy. Next add brown sugar and mix. Then add flour and vanilla. Mix until turned into a creamy dough.

Next make the dough in balls and place them on a greased baking tray. Flatten them a little, but not too much. Cook for 20-25 minutes in 160C (325F) degree oven until hard.

ENJOY!!

you forgot to put "add chocolate chips" in the recipe.. and it needs more flour; it would be just like cake

Yikes!

I am very sorry, but this recipe is terrible. The dough would not even set up. Once put in the oven, the cookies basically melted.
