Delicious Holiday Dip

by Madelyn Moses
(New Hope, PA USA)

My family enjoys eating this on Thanksgiving and Christmas every year for an appetizer with crackers. We all enjoy eating it.

Ingredients:

8 ounce cream cheese
2 tablespoons half and half
1 egg yolk
3 ounces dried beef
1 teaspoon minced onion
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoon green pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
chopped nuts

Put the oven on 350F degrees (180C). Beat the cream cheese, half and half, and egg yolk together. Then stir in the beef, onion, pepper, parsley, green pepper and sour cream. Sprinkle the nuts on top. Bake for 15 minutes.

It is an OK recipe. But I would not use. But, I can see why someone would like it. It does seem good.
