Delicious Chocolate Brownies

Chocolate brownies dusted with powdered sugar.


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of cocoa
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3/4 cup milk
2 cups of self raising flower
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of sugar
Icing sugar (powdered sugar)

Pre heat oven at 180C (375F) degrees. Put sugar, cocoa and flour into a medium mixing bowl and stir with a fork. Add milk and mix well. Add eggs one at a time stirring constantly. Add vanilla and mix well.

Pour into a small cake tin and bake in the oven for 25 minutes then take out. Sprinkle icing sugar on top of your delicious brownies. Put on cooling rack and wait till cooled down... THEN EAT!!!
