Comet's White Chocolate Crunch

by Mari
(Sri Lanka)

This no-bake recipe is easy to make for Christmas or for game day.

Ingredients:

10 ounces mini pretzels
5 cups cornflake circles
5 cups of your favorite cornflake cereal
16 ounces candy coated chocolate
2 12-ounce packets white chocolate chips
3 tablespoons oil or melted butter

Method:

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, then set aside. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler and stir until smooth. Pour over the cereal mixture and mix well. Spread the mixture equally onto a wax paper lined baking sheet. Allow to cool. Cut into bite size pieces.

ENJOY!
