Cold Choco-Berry Sandwich Cake

Here is an easy recipe to prepare a delicious chocolate cake in no time! Try it!!

Ingredients:

8 white bread slices
2 tablespoons sweetened cocoa powder
6 tablespoons caster sugar
2 cups whipped cream
4 tablespoons strawberry jam
1 cup thinly sliced strawberries

Method:

Spread jam on one side of the bread slices. Place strawberry slices on top of the jam layer. Combine fresh cream, caster sugar and cocoa powder together. Spread a tablespoon of this mixture on top of the strawberry layer on each bread slice.

Sandwich the bread slices together with the plain side of each bread facing down. Coat the prepared bread sandwich with the remaining whipped cream mixture. Refrigerate. Serve chilled.
