Chocolate Ritz

by Nancy H
(El Paso, TX, USA)

This is a super kid-friendly no-bake recipe that my sis-in-law made, and I decided to "take over" - and my 4 yr old and I now make it for EVERY occasion possible.

All you need is:

1 box Ritz Crackers
1 jar smooth/creamy peanut butter
2 bags chocolate chips (your choice)
1 sheet wax paper

Spread the peanut butter on the Ritz to desired thickness. Melt the chocolate chips in microwave (1 bag at a time). Using a fork dip the crackers with peanut butter in the melted chocolate and place on wax paper. Place in fridge 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
