Chocolate Covered Strawberries

My whole family loves these Chocolate Covered Strawberries.

INGREDIENTS:

strawberries ( as many as you like)
any type of chocolate you like
a glass bowl
1 sheet of wax paper
a spoon

FIRST, you put the chocolate in the bowl.

SECOND, you melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 1 minute. Then you take out the chocolate and stir it for a little bit and put it back into the microwave for another minute.

THIRD, you stir it one more time and if your chocolate is pretty much melted and there's only a couple of lumps your chocolate is done. If it's NOT really smooth and has a couple of lumps, put the chocolate back into the microwave for 30 seconds and it should be done. But if it still doesn't look ready put it back into the microwave until it looks ready (but still stir every time the microwave beeps and you get it out to check.)

FOURTH, take your strawberries, and dip them into the melted chocolate. If you would like, you can put it on the wax paper to dry the chocolate on the strawberries. (It takes about 2 to 3 minutes to dry.)

I like the chocolate to be melted on the strawberry best.

I made this for my kids with dark chocolate and they loved it! I am from a small town in Brazil and I never thought of this! I didn't ever get chocolate!
