Choco Cheesecake

Try this irresistible cheesecake. It's so easy!

Ingredients:

4 cups crushed chocolate chip cookies
4 tablespoons plain melted butter
2 cups whipped cream cheese
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup castor sugar
chocolate syrup as required

Method:

1. Whisk cream cheese with cream and castor sugar. Keep aside.
2. Combine crushed cookies and butter in a bowl. Mix well.
3. Set the cookie mixture in a greased cheese cake mold with removable base.
4. Top it with cream cheese mixture. Drizzle some chocolate syrup on top.
5. Refrigerate until set.
