Chicken Lacker'et

by Nikita, Age 12
(England)

This recipe is simple but absolutely stunning. It's easy to make and although not a lot of people have heard of chicken lacker'et it can become popular very easy.

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts
2 garlic cloves, minced
Basmati rice
2 red peppers

Fry the chicken breasts in a pan. Dice both peppers into small chunks.

Cook the rice and add the garlic and pepper whilst in boil.

After 45 minutes the chicken breasts should be cooked. And within 20 minutes (depends on what rice you have) the rice should be cooked.

Chop the chicken into small chunks and add the rice, pepper and garlic.

You can also add other meat such as beef, and many different vegetables.

For a more moist meal soak rice, pepper, garlic and chicken in sunflower oil for 10 - 15 minutes.
See what wonderful results you get with this easy recipe.

Note - This recipe is made up but I use the recipe quite often. I was experimenting and noticed that it was rather lavishing. I then I tried soaking in sunflower oil and it added a moist crispy texture. All I can say is it was delicious.
