Chicken and Salad Rolls

by Hafsa
(United Arab Emirates)

Make this delicious chicken salad filling and serve on finger bread rolls.

What you need:

finger rolls (a soft, long bread roll)
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
4 lettuce leaves, shredded
1 cucumber, cut into small cubes
half a tomato, cut into cubes
4 pieces of fried chicken, chopped
a pinch of pepper
a pinch of salt

To make the sandwich filling, combine lettuce, cucumber, tomato and fried chicken in a bowl and mix.

Add the mayonnaise and mix well. Put in the desired amount of salt and pepper to taste and mix again...

Cut a roll from the side (like two halves of a burger bun) but do not completely separate the halves as it will be too difficult to handle the sandwich.

Place the right amount of filling and squash the roll tightly, so that the contents won't fall out, or wrap it in foil or plastic wrap, and serve!

This filling will probably be enough for 10 rolls.
