Cheesy Quesadillas

by Bridgett and Diane
(Venice, Italy)

Try this quick and easy Mexican wrap recipe with loads of cheese.

4 eggs, whisked
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of milk
1 full package (500 grams/16 ounces) cheddar cheese
2 cups of ground beef
1 red pepper (chopped into small cubes)
1/2 cup of onion (chopped)
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of butter, softened (NOT margarine)
1/3 vegetable oil
4 wraps (whole grain OR white)

Combine whisked eggs, salt and butter in bowl. Add milk, ground beef, onions, garlic, chopped red pepper, cheese and mix well.

Put in frying pan with stove on high. Stir occasionally and add vegetable oil slowly as needed until well cooked.

Put mixture in the 4 wraps and fold wraps in half.
Enjoy!
