Cheeseburger fold-overs

It's easy to make these delicious fold-over cheeseburgers in a few simple steps.

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 can (16 ounce) Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers refrigerated original biscuits
1 cup shredded Cheddar and American cheese blend (4 oz)
16 dill pickle slices
1 egg, beaten, if desired
1 teaspoon sesame seed, if desired

Instructions:

1. BROWN beef and onion; drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard.

2. PRESS or roll each biscuit to 6-inch round. Fill with rounded 1/4 cup beef mixture, 2 tablespoons cheese and 2 pickle slices. Fold dough over filling and press to seal. Make 3 small slits in top of each. Place on large ungreased cookie sheet. If desired, brush tops with egg and sprinkle with sesame seed.

3. BAKE at 375F degrees for 17 to 21 minutes or until deep golden brown.
