Cheese Ball Recipes

1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
Worcestershire sauce
1 lb Colby or cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Velveta Cheese
l dash garlic powder

Grate Velveeta and Colby in a bowl. Mix in cream cheese.Add other ingredients and form in a roll or ball. Sprinkle paprika on wax paper evenly and roll cheese in it. Finely chop pecans and roll in nuts. Serve with crackers.

Cheesy Cheese Ball

1 large package Philadelphia cream cheese
1 small package Philadelphia cream cheese
1 glass English sharp cheese
1 glass bacon cheese
1 glass pimento cheese

Mix and press in a ball. Roll in nuts or parsley. Needs to be chilled for an hour or two before serving.

Cheese Ball

1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
Worcestershire sauce
1/2 package blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 small onion minced

Beat cheese in mixer bowl until fluffy. Beat in onion and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in pecans. Chill. Mold into a ball, roll in parsley. Place on serving plate, cover and chill for 2hours. Serve with small crispy crackers.
