Blueberry Crunch with Instant Coffee-Toffee Sauce

by Fatima
(Pakistan)

Making pie or puddings seems really difficult at times. This recipe is quite simple and you really can't go wrong with this one. If you are not a big fan of sesame seeds, you can replace it with just about anything you can find in your kitchen cabinet that has a crunch. For example, chocolate chips, nuts, Rice Krispies, etc. So folks, here is the recipe, ENJOY!

1 tin blueberry pie filling
1 cup roasted sesame seeds
2 cups fresh cream (any kind)
8-10 prepared mini pastry shells
1 tin vanilla flavoured condensed milk
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder

In a sauce pan, add coffee and condensed milk. Stir in continuously on low fame until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and refrigerate.

Mix blueberry pie filling with fresh cream. Fill pastry shells with the prepared blueberry mixture. Drizzle the prepared coffee-toffee sauce on top. Lastly, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and serve chilled.
