Best Ever Oatmeal Play Dough

Make lumpy oatmeal play dough. Have fun!

2 cups of oatmeal
1 cup of cold water
1 cup of flour

Mix ingredients together. Then knead till smooth. Then add up to 1/2 cup of flour until it is the right consistency.
