Beef Vege Sandwich

Try this healthy 3 layer sandwich.


4 pieces of bread
cheese
lettuce
3 or 4 cucumber slices
mayonaise
roast beef, sliced
ketchup

1. On the first piece of bread piece put some cheese, lettuce, and mayonaise.

2. On the second piece of bread put a piece of beef which is available in a deli or market and pour some ketchup on it.

3. Add the last piece of bread.

4. Last put the sandwich in a toaster oven for a few minutes.

YOUR BEEF VEGE SANDWICH IS READY!
