Avo and Cucumber Sandwich

A favorite healthy sandwich kids can make up in a flash with yummy avo (avocado) and cucumbers.


Ingredients:

1 avocado
a few slices of cucumber
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
salt and pepper (to taste)
2 slices of bread

Instructions:

Peel and mash up the avocado. Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Spread on 1 slice of bread. Put sliced cucumber on top of the avocado. Add other slice of bread.

Cut, eat and ENJOY!
